LOVE. It's everything I could have wanted in a fluffy fic--happy B/A (oh dear lord, the OTP love!), hot sex, and sweet-not-sappy fluff. The HGTV mentions are perfect and this one:

And watched some HGTV, which I do anyway. Obsessively.
