I finally got all the premiere dates of my shows, and now, inspired by
stephanierb, I present my FALL 2007 TV SCHEDULE GRID! ( Read more... )
Less than two weeks before the fun begins!

Ficathon stuff!
1.) Don't forget to bid for lots of multi-fandom goodies over at
fire_fic. I'm offering up the long-languishing (and otherwise probably permanently so) Something Old: Book 5 for $100 (if a few of you want to band together and say, donate $20 each, that would work too, as long as
fire_fic gets the hundred bucks. The same holds true for the $75 Bitch (Part 4 of the Scratch series), and the $50 fic of your choice. The only thing I'm looking for individual bids is the $25 per B/A(us) fic of your choice.
2.) If you love our heroine Buffy, take part in the "Buffy is the Hero, Damnit!" ficathon, run by
ruuger! The fics can be shippy, but the primary focus needs to be on Buffy as an individual, and a hero! Sign ups end September 9! There's a ton of Buffy/Spike writers there, I'd love to see more gen Buffy or Buffy/Angel people! *hinthint*
3.) The results are in for my polls about my upcoming Liam-Angelus-Angel and B/A(us) ficathons in celebration of the airing of Surprise/Innocence ten years ago this coming January! ( Read more... )
~WOW. Is Vicent Kartheiser the first Whedonverse alum to come right out and say: "WOW, that job BLEW, man!"? ( Read more... )
Damn, boy! I mean, as curious as I am about things that happened behind the scenes on the various sets, it's still a huge shock to hear it from someone so bluntly. Is it me, or does that strike people as kind of unprofessional? I mean, yeah, he's entitled to his opinion -- especially since it was such a negative experience for him. I don't know, I guess I feel some loyalty to the cast, at least, and the only one he had anything positive to say about was Amy Acker. That rankles a bit. I do feel a bit bad for the boy -- as someone pointed out, it must suck to feel that disliked in your work. I mean, he's no Mark Blucas/Riley, is he?
Still, it seems to me that some kind of acknowledgment should be given that the show gave his career fuel it never would have otherwise.
Ultimately, either way, I can't blame him. We all know I rarely have anything nice to say about Whedon myself. And that I resent the hell out of the way the original shows got flushed down the toilet so Joss could go play with his precious, flawless fucking Firefly.
I don't know. On one hand, I feel for him, and he's entitled to say whatever he pleases. On the other, it bugs me.
(Edited to make myself clearer and maybe stop the onslaught. And hey, how about the rest of my post, huh? *points up and down*)

Fucking Jerry Lewis can kiss my ass. Dude, how stupid and fucking bigoted do you have to be to just start shouting "faggot" during a LIVE TELETHON? Yeah, ABC news, I'm sure he was shouting "Illiterate Fatty" -- 'cause that's such an effective insult.
